29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:     (a) On May 25, 2016 and at times prior employees were exposed to an approximant eight foot fall hazard on a 4/12 pitch roof while installing metal seamless roofing on a residential roof without the benefit of fall protection equipment next to an unprotected edge at 303 Bowen Avenue in Bismarck, North Dakota.     Note: This company was previously cited for a violation of the Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1002606, Citation 1, Item 1, and was affirmed as final order on November 25, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 403 Fifth Avenue NW in Minot, North Dakota.
