29 CFR 1910.1048(d)(1)(i): Each employer who has a workplace covered by this standard shall monitor employees to determine their exposure to formaldehyde.    a) G&J Corp dba Avante Salon & Spa, 668 Downingtown Pike, West Chester, PA, Salon Area - Employees using products such as, but not limited to the following products during hair straightening procedures and are covered by 29 CFR 1910.1048 were not monitored to determine their exposure to formaldehyde:    -Coppola Keratin Complex Express containing 1.8030% formaldehyde  -Coppola Keratin Complex Full containing 1.5110 % formaldehyde  -Brazilian Protective Protein Layer/Brazilian Blowout Acai Prof. Smoothing Solution containing 6.8874% formaldehyde  -Brazilian Anti-residue Shampoo containing 0.6137% formaldehyde    Condition noted on/about May 25, 2016.
