Boise Metal Works Inc was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1910.215(b)(9) that was contained in OSHA Inspection 283482, Citation 1, Item 2c, issued on 7/20/2012; Final order date of 8/7/2012 with respect to the work site 11345 President Dr. , Boise, Idaho.
