29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person     a)    Jackson Township First Aid Squad:  On or about May 25, 2016, FB Roofing & Siding Inc. had not initiated a program to conduct frequent and regular inspections of the jobsite, to identify hazards and/or to stop the work in the event workers were placed in a hazardous condition.  As such, Campos Best Construction LLC were conduction roofing work with out the use of proper fall protection and proper use of ladders     NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
