Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): Except as elsewhere required or permitted by Subpart S of Part 1910, live parts of electric equipment operating  at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by use of approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures or by any of the means identified in paragraphs (A), (B), (C), and (D) of 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i):  a)  Warehouse - Trash Compactor - A 230v electrical panel adjacent to a cardboard bailing machine was left in the down position exposing electrical breakers, bus bar and wiring, thereby exposing employees to electrical shock hazards on or about May 25, 2016.    No abatement or certification documentation required.
