(a) Jobsite: An employee was using a pneumatic nail gun without eye protection exposing him to struck-by injuries from flying debris. (b) Jobsite: An employee was pointing the firing end of a pneumatic nail gun at his face while it was connected to an air supply without the use of eye or face protection exposing him to struck-by hazards.

JMG Roofing and Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1096392, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on May 5, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 33 Ray Lane, Braintree, MA 02184.
