29 CFR 1910.178(a)(6): The employer did not ensure that all nameplates and markings were in place. On or about May 20, 2016 and at times prior thereto, the forklift located in the bullpen area of Lowes did not have a label or other identifying mark indicating approval by the testing laboratory. This condition exposed employees to overloading hazards.
