29 CFR 1910.106(g)(8): The employer did not ensure that conspicuous and legible signs prohibiting smoking were posted within sight of the employee being served:       a. On or about May 25, 2016, at the fuel dispensing unit and oil collector point and   where areas where flammables and combustibles materials were located, it was observed that "no-smoking" signs at 360 degrees line of sight were missing.       NOTE:   Certification of abatement is not required for this citation item since it was submitted prior to citation issuance.

29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1):  Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries:      a.    On or about 20 April 2016 at several piers, employees were exposed to fire hazards in the vicinity of boats and no fire extinguishers were identied in case of a sudden fire.         b.   On or about 20 April 2016 at the fuel dispensing unit, employees were exposed to fire hazards while dispensing fuel and performing maintenance operations next to flammable and combustible materials and no adequate fire extinguishers were available in case of a sudden fire.          NOTE:  Certification of abatement must be submitted for this citation item as required by 29 CFR 1903.19(c).

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area:   a.  On or about 20 April 2016, employees were exposed to chemical corrosives chemicals such as fuel, oils, cleaning solutions and other chemicals while performing maintenance and cleaning/janitorial operations without training on the chemicals they work with.      NOTE: Certification of abatement must be submitted for this citation item as required by 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
