Rodriguez Construction did not ensure that each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were protected by guardrails, safety nets, or personal fall arrest systems. Employees of Felix A. Rodriguez Construction were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 10 feet, while engaged in residential framing activities. Employees were not using fall protection equipment. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").

Rodriguez Construction did not ensure that employees using ladders did not carry objects or loads that could cause the employees to lose balance and fall. An employee was observed using a ladder while carrying a sheet of plywood up to a roof. Employee was exposed to fall hazards in excess of 10 feet.
