Far Rockaway, NY Employees working on an unprotected floor were exposed to the hazard of falling approximately 10 ft. to the ground. Guardrails or personal fall arrest systems were not provided. ABATEMENT VERIFICATION IS REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19.

Far Rockaway, NY Employees were using an A-frame ladder for gain access from ground level. The ladder was folded and leaning against the wall, being used as a straight ladder. ABATEMENT VERIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19.
