29 CFR 1910.1030(f)(1)(i): The employer did not make available the hepatitis B vaccine and vaccination series to all employees who have occupational exposure: a) At Native Poultry, LLC: On or about May 25, 2016 and at times prior the employer exposed his employees to the potential of being infected with hepatitis B in that an employee assisted another employee after that employee was run over by a forklift and the employee made contact with the injured employees blood and the employer failed to offer the assisting employee the option for the hepatitis B vaccine as reguired by the standard.
