Bags, containers, bundles, etc., stored in tiers shall be stacked, blocked, interlocked and limited in height so that they are stable and secure against sliding or collapse.      a) On May 24, 2016 employees were moving the metal platform located in the dock area with weights ranging from 1000 to 1045 pounds were not stacked, blocked, interlocked and limited in height. The platforms metal grating was attached in the upper portion of the platform and was on caster wheels making the unit top heavy and/or unstable exposing employee to struck by hazards due to being unsecured.
