29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): (a) On or about May 28, 2016, Tesi Construction, as the controlling employer, did not ensure that employees of Felix A. Rodriguez Construction, a subcontractor engaged in residential construction activities were protected from fall hazards. Tesi Construction did not conduct frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment. Employees of Felix A. Rodriguez Construction were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 10 feet, while engaged in residential framing activities. Employees were not using fall protection equipment. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
