29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Specific lockout tagout procedures, that clearly and specifically outlined the procedures to be used to control the potentially hazardous energy such as compressed air, electricity and hydraulics during maintenance and servicing operations had not been developed and implemented: a) 250 Woodbrige Center Drive, Rooftop Space #2235, Woodbridge, NJ 07095. Employees were allowed to work on HVAC Units without procedures, i.e. LOTO specific to the equipment written and implemented resulting in injury to the employee. Incident occurred on or about 06/01/16.
