At jobsite located at 12027 W 164th Terr. Overland Park KS 666221; Employees using pneumatic nail guns while engaged in residential roofing activities were exposed to struck-by hazards in that eye protection was not provided.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  At jobsite located at 12027 W 164th Terr. Overland Park KS 66221; Employees engaging in residential roofing activities from a 12:12 pitch roof were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 18 feet from the eave of the residence to the ground below in that fall protection was not provided.

Overland Park KS 66221; Employees engaging in residential roofing activities were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 12 feet from the eave of the residence to the ground below in that the Welch aluminum portable ladder did not extended at least 3 feet above the roof and was not secured.
