29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(C): The energy control procedure did not clearly and specifically outline the steps for placement, removal and transfer of lockout devices or tagout devices and the responsibility for them. a- Mastertaste Inc. dba Kerry, 160 Terminal Ave, Clark, NJ - The LO/TO procedures in place did not clearly and specifically outline procedural steps when performing maintenance on the Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO). The procedures did not specifically address shut down, isolation and releasing from LO/TO for the start up of the equipment, exposing employees to 2nd and 3rd degree burns. Condition noted on or about 6/2/16.
