29 CFR 1910.134(d)(1)(iii): The employer did not identify and evaluate the respiratory hazard(s) in the workplace; this evaluation did not include a reasonable estimate of employee exposures to respiratory hazard(s) and an identification of the contaminant's chemical state and physical form. a) Circuit Board Conformal Coating Application Room, on or about June 2, 2016 or prior thereto: The employer had not assessed airborne levels of contaminants from the epoxy coating operation. Chemicals utilized in the process include epoxy resin, MEK, toluene and xylene. NOTE: Abatement certification is required for this item.
