OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: On or about June 02, 2016, and at times prior thereto, the employer was involved in the manufacturing of wooden pallets. The employer's work practices were not in accordance with NFPA 664 Prevention of Fires and Explosions in Wood Processing and Woodworking Facilities in that areas that contain dust explosion hazards were not provided with explosion venting, including but not limited to the following locations: a) Bag house b) Cyclone dust collector

The employees were exposed to engulfment and explosion hazards.
