Fred Henry, LLC, 2076 Interchange Road, Erie, PA 16565, on or about May 20, 2016 and times prior thereto: Employees were cutting materials including, but not limited to, fiberboard material on a Ridgid miter saw. The Ridgid miter saw was not equipped with the device that automatically adjusted the guard. Employees would adjust the guard manually when operating the saw.
