Archer Exteriors did not conduct frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment. Employees of Nieves Roofing, Inc. were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 11 feet, while engaged in residential roofing activities.        Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
