29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): (a) On or about May 28, 2016, Archer Exteriors, as the controlling employer, did not ensure that employees of Nieves Roofing, Inc. a subcontractor engaged in residential construction activities were protected from fall hazards. Archer Exteriors did not conduct frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment. Employees of Nieves Roofing, Inc. were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 11 feet, while engaged in residential roofing activities. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
