29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s)when working from an aerial lift: a) Front of Building: On or about June 3, 2016, an employee working approximately 10 feet above ground level from a platform of a Uno 41E articulated boom lift. The employee was wearing a full body harness with lanyards, however the lanyards were not attached to the basket while working from the lift. The Burdette Realty Improvement, Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 902833, citation number 1, item number 3a and was affirmed as a final order on August 20, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 402 Old Goff Mountain Rd, Cross Lanes, WV.
