Where wet processes were used, drainage was not maintained, and false floors, platforms, mats, or other dry standing places were not provided when practicable.  On or about June 7, 2016, and times prior thereto, the floors of the following shower/whirlpool rooms were not kept dry where employees walk and push residents in shower chairs.
