29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s):     (a) On or about May 28, 2016, Richmond American Homes of Colorado, Inc., as the controlling employer, did not ensure that employees of Nieves Roofing, Inc. a subcontractor engaged in residential construction activities were protected from fall hazards. Richmond American Homes of Colorado, Inc. did not conduct frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment. Employees of Nieves Roofing, Inc. were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 11 feet, while engaged in residential roofing activities.        Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").    Richmond American Homes of Colorado, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1122248, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 31, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 25481 E. Orchard, Aurora, CO 80016
