The employer did not comply with any specific regulations that apply to work in dangerous or potentially dangerous areas:    Employer did not ensure employees working in an enclosed space while framing the elevator shaft, were trained to recognize, avoid, and use required protective and emergency equipment and exposed them to cave-in hazards.
