29 CFR 1926.451(e)(1): A means of access for scaffold platforms more than 2 feet (0.6 m) above or below a point of access, such as portable ladders, hook-on ladders, attachable ladders, stair towers (scaffold stairways/towers), stairway-type ladders (such as ladder stands), ramps, walkways, integral prefabricated scaffold access, or direct access from another scaffold, structure, personnel hoist, or similar surface was not used:   a. 982 Lake Ave. Stone Hill Village, Building 6, Clark, NJ  A safe means of access was not provided to employees engaged in the installation of vinyl siding that were working from a pump jack scaffold that was more than two feet above/below the point of access. Employees were observed egressing the scaffold platform by jumping up onto the roof and observed accessing a scaffold by jumping down from the roof to the scaffold platform.    Violation observed on or about June 4, 2016
