29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level:     Inside residential structure second floor area - Employees were framing the residential structure while working on steel tubular scaffolding 12 feet 9 inches above the ground without the use of fall protection.       Roof residential structure area - Employees were framing the residential structure while working on roof jack scaffolding 17 feet 6 inches above the ground without the use of fall protection.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   Roof area - Employees were framing a residential home while working at heights between 14 feet 11 inches and 20 feet 5 inches without the use of fall protection.
