29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not develop an accident prevention program, that provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment, to be made by competent persons designated by the employer. a) At 830 US Hwy 98, Daphne, AL 36526: On or about June 3, 2016 and at time prior, the employer failed to conduct frequent and regular inspections of the jobsite, exposing employees to fall hazards of greater than 30 feet and other worksite hazards.
