29 CFR 1926.403(i)(2)(i): Except as required or permitted elsewhere in this subpart, live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by cabinets or other forms of enclosures. Location: 238 Mulberry St., Newark, NJ. a) Employer failed to ensure that an electrical panel at the jobsite was protected against accidental contact. The panel was installed at height of approximately 5 ft from the floor. Employees were exposed to an electrical shock hazard; on or about 5/24/16.
