On or about 3 June 2016 at the kitchen of the restaurant, 2nd floor, employees were exposed to, in the event of an emergency, an entrapment from not existing an alternate exit for employees engaged in cooking and restaurant operations. On or about 3 June 2016 at several piers, employees were exposed to fire hazards in the vicinity of boats and no fire extinguishers were identified in case of a sudden fire.         b.   On or about 3 June 2016 at the fuel dispensing unit, employees were exposed to fire hazards while dispensing fuel next to flammable and combustible materials and no adequate fire extinguishers were available in case of a sudden fire.         c.    On or about 3 June 2016 at the restaurant, employees were exposed to fire hazards while performing cooking/restaurant operations and no adequate fire extinguishers were identified in case of a sudden fire.
