Moore, OK 73160. On or about June 06, 2016 employees were observed working from fabricated frame scaffolding that was not fully planked. The employees were exposed to a fall hazard of more than 10 feet.

29 CFR 1926.452(c)(2): Frames and panels were not braced by cross, horizontal, or diagonal braces, or combination thereof, which would secure vertical members together laterally, and the cross braces were not of such length as would automatically square. Worksite located at 705 SW 19th. Moore, OK 73160. On or about June 06, 2016, the fabricated frame scaffolding was lacking cross-bracing between two stacked sections and on the interior of the second tier across the multiple adjacent sections. The employees were exposed to a fall hazard of more than 10 feet.
