29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems or personal fall arrest systems: a) Roof of the House - Employees were installing roofing materials on a 6 in 12 slope, ranging in heights from 7 feet to 14 feet high without the use of fall protection, on or about 6/6/2016. Abatement Certification and Documentation Required Lewis Leeper dba Leeper Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1057076, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 7-28-15, with respect to a workplace located at 8066 Mountain Road, Harrisburg, PA.
