29 CFR 1910.132(d)(2): The employer shall verify that the required workplace hazard assessment has been performed through a written certification that identifies the workplace evaluated. Great Wolf Lodge of New England, LLC, Fitchburg, MA: On or about June 8, 2016, employees were exposed to burnl hazards due the lack of proper personal protective equipment (PPE) during the process of changing wands' batteries that are damaged, ruptured, or leaking. The employer did not do a PPE hazard assessment prior to the chemical burn incident.
