29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed, implemented, and maintained at each workplace, a written hazard communication program which at least describes how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f), (g), and (h) of this section for labels and other forms of warning, safety data sheets, and employee information and training will be met:    (a) Dales, Mobil 1 Lube Express, at 3216 North Garfield Avenue, Loveland, CO: On and before 6/8/2016, the employer had not developed, implemented, and maintained at each workplace,  a written hazard communication program which at least describes how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f), (g), and (h) of this section for labels and other forms of warning , safety data sheets, and employee information and training will be met. Employees were exposed to chemicals in the workplace, including, but not limited to the following:    (1) motor oils  (2) antifreeze  (3) degreaser/cleaner

(a) Dale's Mobil 1 Express Lube, at 3216 North Garfield Avenue, Loveland, CO: On and before 6/8/2016, the employer did not ensure that Safety data Sheets (SDS's) were readily available and accessible ensuring each work shift to employees when they were in their work area(s), such as but not limited to the following:  (1) motor oils (2) antifreeze (3) cleaner/degreaser
