29 CFR 1910.178(l)(3)(i)(M): Powered industrial truck operators shall receive initial training in the following topics to include but not limited to operating instructions, warnings, or precautions listed in the operators manual for the types of vehicle that the employee is being trained to operate: Employees operating T-25 forklifts in building 170 were exposed struck against and crushing hazards in that employees were not adequately trained on the safe operation of the forklifts. Employees did not use the seat belts when operating the forklifts.
