29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area:  a. 1501 South 20th Street, Philadelphia, PA 19146-4618 - The employer did not provid employees with effective information and training on hazardous chemicals employees used during bricklaying operations.  These hazardous chemicals include, but not limited to hazardous chemicals limestone, silica, etc. contained in Keystone Rainbow Bond Colored Masonry Cement.   Condition noted On or About 06/07/16.
