29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees shall be provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations present potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents.    a. On or about June 9, 2016, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee conducting roofing operations with a pneumatic nail gun was not provided with safety glasses, thereby exposing the employee to struck by hazards.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): "Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure.     a.  On or about June 9, 2016, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations on a roof, thirteen (13) feet six (6) inches, and greater than twenty five (25) feet above the ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employees to fall hazards.

On or about June 9, 2016, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee was carrying material up a extension ladder used to access a roof, thereby exposing the employee to the hazards associated with falls.
