29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a. On or about June 7, 2016, at the above addressed jobsite, employees were installing gutters from a Genie S-40 aerial lift, approximately thirteen feet above the ground; employees were not wearing fall protection, thereby exposing the employees to a fall. b. On or about June 7, 2016, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee was installing gutters from a Genie S-65 aerial lift, approximately thirteen feet above the ground; the employee was not wearing fall protection, thereby exposing the employee to a fall. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
