29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i): At this establishment, the employer's written Hazard Communication Program did not include a complete chemical inventory list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present in the workplace. On or about May 24, 2016, and prior to, the employer did not ensure that there was a complete inventory of the chemicals on hand available for employees to review, such as but not limited to floor cleaners. Employees were exposed to chemical hazards.
