29 CFR 1926.502(d): Personal fall arrest systems and their use did not comply with the provisions set forth in paragraphs (1) through (24) of this section: a) 1328 Levine Ln., Kennesaw, GA: On or about June 2, 2016, the employer did not ensure personal fall arrest systems were in compliance, in that; a) body belts were being used in lieu of full body harnesses, b) anchorages were not installed c) lifelines were not protected against cuts or abrasions, d) not rigged so that an employee could not fall more than 6-feet. Employees were exposed to asphyxiation and fall hazards.
