An audiometric testing program was not established, on or about 6/8/16.  c) Gwinnett Lumber Remanufacturing, Inc., Suwanee, GA - An employee feeding the planer was exposed to noise at TWA of 93.3 dBA which exceeded the action level of 85 dBA. The exposure was derived from an sample taken over 467 minutes.
