29 CFR 1910.95(g)(5)(i): The employer did not establish, within 6 months of an employee's first exposure at or above the action level, a valid baseline audiogram against which subsequent audiograms can be compared: a) An employee, Edger, wearing hearing protection was exposed to continuous noise levels at 68.2% of the allowable eight (8)-hour time weighted sound level of 85 decibels (dBA). The equivalent dBA level of 68.2% is approximately 87.2 dBA. The sampling was performed for 154 minutes on June 14, 2016. (Zero exposure was assumed for the unsampled period of time.) The employee did not have a baseline audiometric test, observed on June 14, 2016. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

29 CFR 1910.95(g)(6): At least annually after obtaining the baseline audiogram, the employer did not obtain a new audiogram for each employee exposed at or above an 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels : a) An employee, Double Edge Trimmer, wearing hearing protection was exposed to continuous noise levels at 69.5% of the allowable eight (8)-hour time weighted sound level of 85 decibels (dBA). The equivalent dBA level of 69.5% is approximately 87.4 dBA. The sampling was performed for 153 minutes on June 14, 2016. (Zero exposure was assumed for the unsampled period of time.) The employee did not have an annual audiometric test within the last calendar year, observed on June 14, 2016. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
