Safety instruction signs shall be used where there is a need for general instructions and suggestions relative to safety measures: a At the establishment, production line employees working on or around line 6 in the food processing area were exposed to slip and fall hazards due to water and food product on the floor. Safety instruction signs were not use to provide the employees with general instructions and suggestions for using safety measures that could reduce or eliminate those hazards.
