29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, were not protected by protective helmets: (a) DC Construction, 6911 W 3rd Street, Greeley, CO 80634: On and before June 9, 2016, the exposing employer did not ensure that employees were protected from struck-by hazards. Framers were framing and setting walls on the second floor without the use of hard hats. This condition exposed employees to struck-by hazards.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure: (a) DC Construction, 6911 W 3rd Street, Greeley, CO 80634: On and before June 9, 2016, the exposing employer did not ensure that employees working on the second floor were protected from fall hazards. Employees were cutting studs, and were using pneumatic guns to form and frame walls, and were raising and setting walls, without the use of fall protection. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 11 feet.
