29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): (a) On or about June 11, 2016, Richmond American Homes of Colorado, Inc., as the controlling employer, did not ensure that employees of Belisario Construction, LLC. a subcontractor engaged in residential construction activities were protected from fall hazards. Richmond American Homes of Colorado, Inc. did not conduct frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment. Employees of Belisario Construction, LLC. were exposed to fall hazards of up to 22 feet, while engaged in residential framing activities without the benefit of fall protection equipment. Abatement Note: Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet"). Richmond American Homes of Colorado, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1122248, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 31, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 25481 E. Orchard, Aurora, CO 80016
