29 CFR 1910.243(e)(1)(ii): All power-driven chains, belts, and gears were not positioned or otherwise guarded to prevent the operator's accidental contact therewith, during normal starting, mounting, and operation of the machine. a) Jackson Blvd: An employee was operating a Toro riding lawnmower which was not equipped with guards which would cover the left and right side belts and pulleys. b) Hampton Pkwy (Tank Hill): Two employees were operating Toro riding lawnmowers which were not equipped with guards which would cover the left and right side belts and pulleys.
