Employee(s) use the forklift to move materials around the shop.

29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): On or about June 9, 2016, at Accurate Measurement Controls, Inc. in the back shop, the employer failed to ensure that the Do All band saw was properly guarded at the point of operation. Employees used the band saw to cut pipe.
