29 CFR 1910.134(c)(2)(i): Respirator users were not provided with the information contained in Appendix D to 29 CFR 1910.134 when the employer determined that any voluntary respirator use was permissible: a. Service Department - On or about June 11, employees were provided with 3M 8511 N95 filtering facepiece respirators for voluntary use, and the employer failed to ensure that employees were given the information contained in Appendix D.
