29 CFR 1910.95(k)(1): The employer did not train each employee who is exposed to noise at or above an 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1910.95(k): Shield Packaging Co.,Inc., 50 Oxford Ave, Dudley MA: Back Room: On or about 9/21/16, the Valver on Line 2 had a measured 8-hour time-weighted average noise exposure of 87.7 dBA, which exceeds the OSHA Noise Action Level of 85 dBA, and the employer did not train the employee in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1910.95(k).
