29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure: a) Worksite, 9 Haines Dr., Bloomfield, NJ Workers failed to use fall protection when performing roof repair and installation on a two story one family residence house roof with fall hazards from approximately 20 feet at the roof eave to approximately 26 feet at the roof ridge.
