29 CFR 1926.1412(d)(1)(x): The employer failed to inspect ground conditions around the equipment for proper support, including ground settling under and around outriggers/stabilizers and supporting foundations, ground water accumulation, or similar conditions: On June 14, 2016, employees were exposed to a struck-by hazard from utilizing a unsuitable supporting material such as a concrete panel and plywood board to support a left rear outrigger while crane operator was making lifts.
